Catherine Marks

Catherine Marks leads finance team training at GrowCFO and has a background of 20 years’ experience in finance and M&A.

As finance team training director at GrowCFO, she works with finance leaders to deliver training programs to upskill their teams and prepare them for the future of finance.

Catherine is a Fellow of the ICAEW and originally qualified as a Chartered Accountant at Deloitte. Her career has spanned the tech, telecoms, media and financial services industries in the UK, Europe and the US.

She has led both large and small finance teams. She was the VP of Finance at Depop where she integrated the finance team with the Etsy group after it was acquired. She led FP&A at O2 through its merger with Virgin Media. Catherine has also advised multiple executive teams on public and private exit processes, delivered finance transformation initiatives and is well versed in the challenges finance teams face.
